To be honest, I was terrified seeing all these negative comments and reviews at first. Since I had already paid for the service, I decided to go through the pain. To my surprise! everything went smoothly, my mother got her gift in less than a week. That was just incredible. If you follow through with their instructions, you will be fine. I will definitely return. I'm so grateful for their customer service support. They were literally there to help walk me through every step of the way. Just amazing! Keep it up Parcel Monkey!

I was looking for a door to door carrier to send parcel to the Philippines and I came across with this parcel monkey.I didn’t hesitate to get a quote it’s not bad for the price of $76.33 providing it will arrive within 2-5 working days.So I paid the quoted price on the 10th of February 2018 and they pick up my parcel at my work on the 12th which is Monday.I keep tracking since then and to my surprise it arrived to my cousin in Quezon City Philippines on the 18th of February.I was glad it arrived safe,not open and most of all they didn’t have to pay anything.Thank you very much ParcelMonkey I will definitely do business with you again next time.God bless us all!!!
