Bad Monkey

Having a hard time with the delivery in India. The courier over there is not helpful and they are threatning the receiver that they ll send the package back to the source. This is the first time i used Parcel Monkey, definetely not a good experience so far...

Hi Ajay
I am sorry that you are experiencing some difficulty in the destination country. As you will be aware Customs in the destination country controls the importation of goods and can charge duties and taxes on the items and if these are not paid the items cannot be imported. This is not something that Parcel Monkey controls
I hope you are able to resolve this issue with Customs directly

My packages arrived much faster than I expected! They took exactly a week to go from California to the UK. Very reasonable price too. I was expecting like triple the time and triple the price.

Hi Jason
Unfortunately as the incorrect label was placed on your item by your shipper this is why there is an issue with the shipment. You cannot use the same label for 2 different shipments.
We are working to resolve this for you

Excellent and timely delivery! I sent a birthday present from the States to my good friend in Australia, and it arrived in about five days in lovely condition! The best and cheapest way to send parcels overseas! Thank you!
