Forget all estimates of ETA.
Be prepared for your recipients to have to wait & wait with no updated tracking information.
If you have another choice, choose it.

AGENT RESPONSE IS COMPLETE LIE.
It may have taken 4 business days from UK to France, however it took A MONTH to get to UK in the first place.
Not to be trusted. Responds to complaints with lies, instead of apologies or improvements. What more do you need to know?

I sent two parcels to the UK to different addresses. Both have been received within time frame purchased. Everything went super smooth and will use for more shipments in future. Customer service gets back very fast if you have any questions. Website makes customs forms very easy no hold ups at all.

Over all good service but here is few thing you might be interested to know. After I initiated the process I received the label and schedule the pick up but they did not pick up until I had to call and made the arrangement. This process should be automatic. They made one person waited at the pick up location for entire day but did not show. So this need to be taken care of better way.
