I'm quite please with their service, and will most likely used them instead of USPS for much faster delivery of my parcels without fear of getting stuck in a bottleneck at a major sorting office.

Shipped a 38lb box from NY to AUS. Extremely happy, will use again!

I was nervous to place an order through ParcelMonkey as their prices seemed too good to be true - and there were some unsettling reviews online.
I took the leap and sent a 38lb box back home from NY to Aus.
FedEx collected the parcel on the date I requested, without an issue.
I had to ask ParcelMonkey for the direct tracking numbers for the FedEx Ground (within USA) and then DHL international post as the ParcelMonkey system tracking number seemed to be a step behind. The customer service operators were more than happy to provide me with that info within 12hrs of me requesting it online.
I will mention that it was quoted as taking 2-5 days but arrived on the 7th day. I assume that's because the parcel had to wait out the weekend in Aus before being delivered Monday.
I'll definitely use ParcelMonkey again. I am very impressed with the service I was provided.
