Fast Service but negligent driver with package handling

The pick was fast but no notifications were provided as to when the pick up would occur. Also the pick up driver was very inappropriate and rough with my package. The package was 50 lb and he picked it up off the porch and then rolled look a ball from down the stairs to his truck about30 feet from my front door. I saw this from my video doorbell. I hope the package does not arrive damage because of your drivers negligence.

pickup was right on time and the delivery person was friendly and courteous. Package arrived intact in eight days, probably due to the high volume of holiday shipping. Very pleased!
