My package appears to be lost. Parcel Monkey shows that it was delivered but the customer said he did not receive it. I have sent several messages to Parcel Monkey but they did not respond.

Just curious why my package was not delivered properly and now I am having my item returned to sender? I have been dealing with this for two months now I’m not sure that this is the best service to use my package got lost easily and I was told by others and by other reviews that people have lost their packages a lot because they don’t communicate with the other mail in services because they are third-party service

Do. Not. Use. Ever. Just consider whatever you’re sending lost before you send it and save yourself the time, money and aggravation.

Unfortunately sometimes parcels get lost in transit and we do our very best to locate these parcels so that they can get delivered.
